Thier leaders first met on the very forum where Good Game Network Delegates hold court. They recruited their initial wave of Knights from those boards. As Sword and Shield Gaming took form, it was immediately apparent that they were the sort of clan that was a sure thing for affiliation. Under the leadership of Jayman, this ambitious upstart has reminded each Network Affiliate what it was like to start a new clan. Their ranks have come together to forge a personality all their own. We welcome them into our alliance. As Reach falls, we will need both thier shield and their sword.

The NorthEast Core Joins the GGN

Under the leadership of NEC Vayder, the NorthEast Core has become the latest Network Affiliate of our little treaty alliance. This band of adult gamers heralds back to roots in the Geezer Gamer community. In joining the GGN, they become the second pack of geezers to stroll our General Assembly. Their tenure as a clan is impressive, having endured migratons from Halo 2, Halo 3, and soon to infiltrate Reach. We look forward to their perspective and gunfire in the games to come.

WCF presents 8 teams of two competing in 4 different events*. Each clan fields a couple, you can send me a message on XBL with your players, or post in the sign up thread on our forum. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, actual couples may have a slight advantage. Sign ups are first come, first serve, but if this is received well the next one will be two lobbies to accommodate more people.

It’s about time right? HC has geared up and we are rolling out new Challenges for Halo. This time we are working with Halo 3: ODST.

This set of challenges will work much the same as the Halo 3 Campaign Challenges. Every few weeks, a new map and new challenges will be issued to the community.
